Rates
- Mediations and Arbitrations ..............................$300.00/hr

SPECIAL! Half- Day with 2 Parties....................$1000.00 flat fee

- Mediations or Arbitrations involving four or
  more law firms or extraordinary cases .............$400.00/hr

- Flat fee travel to 100 miles................................$300.00
  (minimum hearing duration - three hours)

                                                               A special rate discount for new clients:

      An overtime rate (to be agreed upon) applies to evening or weekend appointments. 

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
1.   If you cancel three (3) business days prior to the hearing no fees will be applied to either party.

2.  If you cancel within 48 hours of the hearing date- the preparation time of the mediator will be billed.
Note: Weekends and national holidays are not "business days."
